Great care has been taken to ensure true accuracy of all product colours and styles are shown on our website. However, occasionally we are supplied incorrect images, descriptions and/or samples that may vary from the final product delivered to us. We will refund any orders where the product does not match our website.

A Return Authorization is required. You can request this online ask a sales associate for assistance. With a return authorization, you can print a return shipping label and mail it back.
We'll display an out-of-stock status if an item is not currently available.
Even if the website showed the item as available while placing the order, we may run out of stock by the time we can process it. We'll email you to let you know that we canceled item or the order. We restock items as quickly as we can. Be sure to check the item listing for availability.
DELIVERY
Choose the shipping option that best works for you. Keep in mind your order may arrive in multiple packages. No additional fees will incur.
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you sign in at My Account.
Please note, it can take a few days before the tracking information is uploaded.
